Privacy Policy

Overview

NodGo is a B2B tool built for agencies. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your data. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and a password hash (we never store your plain-text password).
• Workspace data: API keys you create, approval requests you send, reviewer email addresses, and approval decisions.
• Billing data: currently, plans are paid manually via a payment link we send you by email. We don't store your card details — the payment provider's own checkout page handles that.

What we don't collect

We don't use analytics scripts, ad trackers, or session recording tools. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, send transactional emails (approvals, billing, security alerts), prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers: Railway (hosts our servers and database) and Resend (delivers transactional emails — approval requests, account notifications). We don't use any other third-party processors today.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (e.g. invoices for tax purposes).

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. You can export or delete your account directly from Account Settings, or email hello@nodgo.app for any other request.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — we never store them in plain text. API keys are shown in full only once, at creation; after that we only ever display a masked version. All traffic is served over HTTPS. Sessions use short-lived signed tokens (24 hours) rather than long-lived cookies.
