Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and NodGo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use NodGo.
2. What NodGo does
NodGo lets you insert human approval steps into automated workflows. Your workflow sends a request, a reviewer receives an email with approve/reject actions, and your workflow resumes based on their response.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use NodGo to send spam, phish reviewers, transmit illegal content, or circumvent security controls. Don't reverse-engineer the service or resell it without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Pricing and payment
NodGo is currently in public beta. The free plan covers 50 approvals a month at no cost. When paid plans launch for higher volume, we'll email every account with advance notice before any charge applies — nothing changes automatically. At that point, plans will be paid manually: we send you a payment link by email, and your plan activates once payment is received. This process may become automatic in the future. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. To cancel or delete your account, email hello@nodgo.app or use Account Settings.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you send through NodGo. You grant us a limited license to process it as needed to run the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to send that data and to contact reviewers.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force-majeure events can affect availability. We're not liable for indirect damages caused by downtime.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new Terms.
